These terms govern your use of AtlaRoom (the “Service”).

Account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and studio.

The Service

The Service lets you create, host and share virtual property viewings. Features may change as we improve the product. We may suspend access that harms the Service or other customers.

Content

You retain rights to content you upload. You grant us a licence to store, process and display that content solely to operate the Service. You confirm you have the rights to use the content you upload.

Hosting and fees

Published viewings require active hosting (paid or granted). Fees are stated in the product. Hosting periods and renewals are shown in your studio.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful content, or interfere with other customers.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss to the extent permitted by law.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms. After termination, content may be deleted according to our retention practices.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
